Storage Systems Unlimited provides shelving and storage-related equipment to healthcare facilities across the United States with a specific focus on sales to members of a major group purchasing organization. Storage Systems relies on ACI to develop and create consistent messaging targeting the members including sales and marketing collateral, trade show execution, email marketing, manufacturer support, website content management and more.
Early in the process, ACI worked with Storage Systems to survey its constituents to better understand their needs. From this feedback, ACI developed a proactive marketing approach that focused not only on the products themselves, but also on generating awareness of the purchasing contract in place. These messages are disseminated via a number of communication vehicles including direct mail, email marketing, online and personally via webinars, lunch and learns, and other face-to-face interaction. Value-added services recently became a key component of the marketing messaging to further support the company’s new tagline: Everything in Its Place.
Health system sales at Storage Systems Unlimited have steadily increased over the past five years, a time in which many businesses were feeling the effects of a less than stable economy. Incremental sales as well involvement in significant construction and renovation projects are indicators that messaging and materials developed by ACI are making the end-user aware of the contract and aware of Storage Systems as an approved member, and that these companies view Storage Systems as a valued business partner.
