The Little Clinic is a healthcare service company that manages walk-in clinics placed inside retail locations. In 2005, The Little Clinic hired ACI during their transition from Louisville, Ky. to their new headquarters in Middle Tennessee. From their new home, The Little Clinic aggressively starting adding new clinics in new markets and asked ACI to assist in the creation of a marketing plan that would establish credibility of the retail healthcare model, position The Little Clinic nurse practitioners and physician assistants as qualified healthcare providers and drive consumer traffic to The Little Clinic. In 2010, The Little Clinic became a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Kroger Co.
ACI has established itself as an integral part of The Little Clinic marketing team by using a focused vision and a talented team to continually establish credibility of The Little Clinic and retail healthcare as whole. Over the years, ACI has developed and implemented a strategy for opening new clinics, promoting new services and positioning The Little Clinic providers as a healthcare resource in their respective communities.
The Little Clinic has grown from five clinics in 2005 to more than 80 clinics in six states as of 2012, and is now the third largest company in the convenient retail health care industry. The Little Clinic providers have been used as healthcare resources for numerous news stories in local and trade-related publications including, The Tennessean, Nashville Business Journal, Retail Clinician, Drug Store News, Cincinnati Magazine and others. Awareness of The Little Clinic has increased in every market in which The Little Clinic is present and patient visits continue to grow.
